Returns and Refunds Policy

At Jardin d'Opal, we strive to offer unique designs that enhance your hands and your style. However, we understand that sometimes an order may not exactly meet your expectations. For this reason, we have designed a clear, fair, and transparent return policy, created for your peace of mind.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or refund.

Additionally, if your purchase was made and shipped within the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with current regulations, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

For your return to be valid, the item must:

Be in the same condition as you received it.
Not have been used or handled.
Retain all its tags and original packaging.
Present the proof of purchase or order number.

📦 Exceptions: returns are not accepted for personalized items, clearance items, special offer items, or gift cards.

3. Return Procedure

Write to us at info@jardindopal.com indicating:
Order number.
Reason for the return or refund.
Photographs of the product (in case of defect or damage).
Once the request is accepted, we will send you a return label along with shipping instructions.
Returns must be sent to our address:
Avda. Josep Tarradellas, 38, 08029 Barcelona – Spain.

👉 Items sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover the return costs.
If you return your purchase for other personal reasons: shipping costs are at your expense.

5. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm if your return has been approved.

If applicable, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that your bank or issuing institution may take a few additional days to reflect the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation and you have not received the amount, please contact us at info@jardindopal.com.

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure the availability of a new product is to make a separate purchase once your return has been initiated. We can also arrange a direct exchange, subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you detect any damage, defect, or error in the item, please notify us immediately at info@jardindopal.com so we can resolve it quickly and diligently.
