1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying and participating in the Jardin d'Opal Ambassador Program, the participant declares to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Jardin d'Opal reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel this program at any time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Adults with an active social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, or both, who share authentic content aligned with Jardin d'Opal's values, are eligible to participate. Selection is manual, and Jardin d'Opal reserves the right to approve or reject applications without needing justification.

3. Personal Code

The discount code is personal and non-transferable; it cannot be shared with other creators or resold. Self-use of the code for personal purchases is not permitted.

4. Commissions

Commissions are calculated monthly based on the sales value, excluding shipping: 20% on individual Stickers and Wraps, 12% on the Express Kit and 20-Day Kit. The 4-Design Kit does not generate commission. Jardin d'Opal reserves the right to modify these rates with prior notice.

5. Creator Kit

This is a welcome gift; it does not generate an obligation for reimbursement if the ambassador decides not to continue.

6. Collaboration Model

The collaboration begins under a gifted + affiliation model: the ambassador receives the creator kit and a commission for each sale generated with their code, without any assignment of advertising usage rights in this initial phase.

If the campaign is successful, Jardin d'Opal may propose a second phase of collaboration (Ads/Whitelisting), in which the use of content as a paid advertisement, its duration, and associated conditions will be separately agreed upon. This second phase requires additional express authorization from the ambassador and is not activated automatically.

In any case, Jardin d'Opal may organically (non-paid) repost the ambassador's content on its official channels, always giving credit to their account.

7. Usage Restrictions

The code may not be shared on mass coupon sites, spam channels, or used with misleading or offensive messages. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of participation, without entitlement to pending commissions.

8. Validity and Termination

Participation is indefinite, but Jardin d'Opal may terminate it at any time, including for inactivity (no content or sales) for 2 consecutive months. The ambassador may withdraw voluntarily by writing to info@jardindopal.com.

9. Intellectual Property

The content created remains the property of the ambassador, subject to the license described in point 6. Graphic and brand material provided by Jardin d'Opal remains the property of the brand.

Personal information provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

  • 4. Sales commission

    Earn commission for every sale made with your code, with real-time tracking from your personalized code. No earning limit: the more sales, the more commission you take.

You don't need thousands of followers, just a passion for nails and a desire to create authentic content.

  • Post at least 1-2 pieces of content per month using the kit.
  • Protect the brand: Do not share your code on mass coupon sites or spam channels.

Who can apply?

Any adult with an active social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, or both, and a genuine affinity for the at-home manicure, DIY beauty, or K-beauty niche.

What happens after I fill out the form?

We manually review your profile against our selection criteria (aesthetics, real audience, brand affinity). We will contact you via DM within 5 business days.

What do I receive if I am accepted?

A creator kit with 2-3 Sticker and Wrap designs of your choice, your personalized discount code, and access to your sales tracking link.

How are commissions calculated?

On the sale value, excluding shipping: 20% on individual Stickers/Wraps, 12% on the Express Kit and 20-Day Kit. The 4-Design Kit does not generate commission. Commissions are paid monthly.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our formulas are vegan, free of TFAS, TPO, DMTA, HEMA, toluene, formaldehyde and DBP, and we do not test on animals. Formulated under EC Regulation 1223/2009. This is our own formulation commitment; we do not yet have independent external certification.

Where are the products manufactured?

They are manufactured in China, with quality control carried out in Spain before reaching our customers.

Can I choose my designs?

Yes, you choose 2-3 designs from our individual Stickers and Wraps catalog for your creator kit.

Can they use my content?

Can I lose my program access?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@jardindopal.com.

Can the program's conditions change?

Yes, codes and commissions may be adjusted with prior notice if business conditions change. Any changes will be communicated via email or DM.
