These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the website www.jardindopal.com, owned by Johanna Rincones (hereinafter, JARDIN D'OPAL), with NIF 23926134Q and registered address at Avda. Josep Tarradellas, 38, 08029 Barcelona – Spain.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions by the user. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Purpose

These conditions regulate the online sale of products offered by JARDIN D'OPAL, mainly semi-cured gel nail stickers and wraps, as well as any other product or accessory marketed through the website.

2. Capacity to Contract

To place an order, the user declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to contract. JARDIN D'OPAL reserves the right to cancel orders placed by individuals who do not meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

Products are presented on the website with descriptions and images that are as faithful as possible to their real characteristics. However, images are for guidance only and slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the device screen used.

All products are subject to availability. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, offering the possibility to wait for replenishment, substitute the item, or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Prices

The prices indicated on the website include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during the purchase process, before final order confirmation.

JARDIN D'OPAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price valid at the time the order is placed.

5. Purchase Process

The purchase process consists of the following steps: product selection, cart review, entry of shipping and billing details, selection of payment method, and order confirmation.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase. This email constitutes the acceptance of the order by JARDIN D'OPAL.

6. Payment Methods

Payment can be made through the methods enabled on the website at any given time. Credit or debit card information is transmitted in encrypted form, and JARDIN D'OPAL does not store complete payment data.

7. Invoicing

All orders will be accompanied by an invoice in accordance with Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30. The customer can request an electronic invoice by writing to info@jardindopal.com.

8. Shipping

Shipping conditions, delivery times, zones, and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy, available on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, if your purchase has been made and shipped within the European Union, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.

10. Legal Guarantee

JARDIN D'OPAL informs of the existence of a 3-year legal guarantee, applicable to all products sold, in accordance with Law 23/2003, of July 10, and the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

11. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jardindopal.com, indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the affected product, so that we can offer a quick solution.

12. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the website, including designs, logos, texts, images, and other elements, are the property of JARDIN D'OPAL or have the corresponding use license. Their reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without express written authorization is prohibited.

13. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

14. Liability

JARDIN D'OPAL will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, including logistical, customs, or carrier incidents.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    Choose 2-3 designs from our Stickers and Wraps catalog for your ambassador kit. Create authentic content, share your link, and start earning income.

  • 4. Sales commission

    Earn commission for every sale made with your code, with real-time tracking from your personalized code. No earning limit: the more sales, the more commission you take.

Who can apply?

Any adult with an active social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, or both, and a genuine affinity for the at-home manicure, DIY beauty, or K-beauty niche.

What happens after I fill out the form?

We manually review your profile against our selection criteria (aesthetics, real audience, brand affinity). We will contact you via DM within 5 business days.

What do I receive if I am accepted?

A creator kit with 2-3 Sticker and Wrap designs of your choice, your personalized discount code, and access to your sales tracking link.

How are commissions calculated?

On the sale value, excluding shipping: 20% on individual Stickers/Wraps, 12% on the Express Kit and 20-Day Kit. The 4-Design Kit does not generate commission. Commissions are paid monthly.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our formulas are vegan, free of TFAS, TPO, DMTA, HEMA, toluene, formaldehyde and DBP, and we do not test on animals. Formulated under EC Regulation 1223/2009. This is our own formulation commitment; we do not yet have independent external certification.

Where are the products manufactured?

They are manufactured in China, with quality control carried out in Spain before reaching our customers.

Can I choose my designs?

Yes, you choose 2-3 designs from our individual Stickers and Wraps catalog for your creator kit.

Can they use my content?

We're starting our collaboration with a gifted + affiliate model: a gifted product plus a commission for each sale made with your code. If the campaign is successful, we'll take the next step to discuss Ads / Whitelisting, promoting your content with ad spend to further boost your earnings.

Can I lose my program access?

Yes, if there is no activity (content or sales) for 2 consecutive months, or if inappropriate use of the code is detected.

Can I withdraw from the program if I no longer wish to participate?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@jardindopal.com.

Can the program's conditions change?

Yes, codes and commissions may be adjusted with prior notice if business conditions change. Any changes will be communicated via email or DM.
